I could hardly do anything on the computer. After I disabled it, the speedtest now shows my download speed being 90mbs. That's a 9000% increase in speed! Thank you. From a quick read of this forum it looks like I'm not the only one having problems I just wish they would do something about it instead of making you jump through hoops having to deal with their customer services and making it so hard to contact the people you really need to get help.

I have been streaming at 6mb/s upload with 20up and 400 down. However, for the past two weeks I have been unable to stream due to unstable bitrates. My upload speed will randomly drop from 6mb/s to 1mb/s or less and Torrent downloads depend on number of factors. The most important are your internet connection speed, your ISP and the number of seeders for the torrent you are downloading. They perform bandwidth throttling and limits your speed.
