The VPN server in Catalina does not work. There are two enabler apps that I know about: iVPN says that the server in Catalina does not reliably accept connections and the solution is to wait for Apple to fix it (or use Mojave). VPN Enabler also says that it does not work in Catalina and the author is trying to develop an easy to use OpenVPN

Re: [Ipsec-tools-devel] having to kill/restart racoon every week or more I thought the tunnel will be opened, when the server tries to connect to the host ip of the windows system. Do I need a special setup, that the tunnel opens automatically? Oh, by the way the windows server is the ipsec server and our debian server is the ipsec client.
